R3 (UEI EANSA1SCLJV6) was awarded Prime contracts for both Small Business pools on the General Service Administration’s (GSA) HCaTS vehicle. Pool 1, Training, was awarded on July 26, 2019, and Pool 2, Human Capital, was awarded on May 11, 2016.
