Many of our staff have served directly in the federal government and/or have extensive government contracting experience. Kristin Berry
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Berry is an award-winning entrepreneur who is passionate about building a culture of service excellence and attracting and retaining top talent. She has been integral creating the vision for and in building all aspects of R3 from the ground up, and successful in earning and overseeing $125 million in engagements supporting more than 20 government agencies during her tenure as a small business owner. Prior to R3, Ms. Berry was an executive with a large federal consulting firm responsible for overseeing complex, large-scale process, technology, organizational transformations, and human capital engagements. This background provides her with the insight and experience to guide R3 in delivering the highest caliber results. Ms. Berry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan.
Louisa Gantley
Vice President, Operations
Ms. Gantley oversees R3’s corporate operations to include Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Contracts. She brings experience in project management, financial management, consulting, and business development in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining R3, she was a director at a large firm with responsibility for business development initiatives and practice development planning. As a government consultant, she led strategic planning, business process engineering, balanced scorecard, and other improvement-oriented projects. Ms. Gantley earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American University.
Justin Johnson
Vice President, Strategy
Mr. Johnson oversees R3’s strategic human capital service delivery, drawing on his experience in senior policy-making, strategic communications, and Federal human capital leadership, including six years as a member of the government’s Senior Executive Service. He served as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Executive Director of the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council while at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. He is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and a Bachelor of Journalism (BJ) from University of Missouri.
Jill Davis
Director, Business Development
Ms. Davis leads R3’s business development and marketing efforts. She has been in the government consulting industry for more than 20 years in business development, consulting, and HR roles. Her consulting expertise is in strategic human capital, training, organizational change management and strategic communications for both federal civilian and intelligence community clients. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Adult Education from George Washington University.
Casey Aandahl
Senior Manager
Mr. Aandahl leads large R3 teams in the execution of strategic human capital transformation projects. Prior to joining R3, he served as the Chief of Staff for a Department of Defense rapid acquisition program, led strategic planning for a biopharmaceutical industry team, and developed and implemented strategic plans in support of multiple Department of Homeland Security organizations. He also proudly served nine years in the United States Navy. Mr. Aandahl holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and a Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
Tom Dannan
Senior Manager
Mr. Dannan serves as Program Manager for R3 engagements in the areas of analytics, technology, and training. He brings broad policy knowledge and a decade of experience in the Federal government supporting political appointees and senior career officials across several departments including Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and Education. Before his time in the Federal sector, he was a Peace Corps Volunteer and Executive Director of the John Dau Foundation. Mr. Dannan earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Policy Studies and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Syracuse University and holds a Change Management Certification from the Acuity Institute. He is a 2022 recipient of R3’s Glenn Hartung Integrity Award.
Felise B. Walker
Human Capital Program Manager
Ms. Walker is a Human Capital Program Manager with over 25 years of experience in human resources (HR) management and strategic human capital planning. Prior to joining R3 she provided HR expertise as a consultant to various federal and local government agencies as well as within the private sector. She is a Human Capital Institute (HCI) Certified Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) . She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources from the North Carolina Central University and has a Mastery Certification in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from UC Berkeley Haas School.
Nancy Marienau
Senior Manager
Ms. Marienau brings 40 years of diverse experience in human resources (HR) management with hands on experience including employee/labor relations, classification, staffing, performance management, employee benefits, employee development, policy development and program administration, program oversight and evaluation, in all HR functional areas. Prior to joining R3 she provided HR expertise as a government consultant to various government agencies. Ms. Marienau served as Regional Administrative Officer, West Region, with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) with responsibility for oversight of contracting, financial management, and human resources for eleven states including the Pacific Basin.
Mary Stanley
Senior Manager
Ms. Stanley is a training Program Manager and instructional systems designer (ISD) with over fifteen years of experience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from George Mason University. Prior to joining R3, Ms. Stanley worked for a large government contractor as a training program manager and as a senior instructional designer for multiple government agencies where she developed a variety of courses (asynchronous and synchronous) and managed a training team of 15 instructors.
