Representative Client Work

Developed and rolled out classroom and online performance management training for the Department of Commerce that was taken by 90% of the 7,000 supervisors to which it was assigned.

Supported three iterations of the Federal Student Aid’s Foundations of Leadership Program, a multi-month leadership development experience, including workshops, experiential learning, benchmarking trips, and project-based learning. Modified the current offering of the program for an online learning environment given face-to-face restrictions due to COVID-19.

Worked with the Naval Sea Systems Command Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems as they developed their Malcolm Baldrige Criteria capabilities, providing training and consulting services in support of their efforts to achieve excellence.

Developed and delivered 30 virtual instructor-led and web-based training courses on HR topics for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ HR Academy for an audience of approximately 5,000 HR professionals department-wide.
