The Glenn Hartung
Integrity Award

Glenn Hartung and Kristin Berry co-founded R3 in 2009 and Glenn passed away in October of 2020. The Glenn Hartung Integrity Award will honor his memory annually by recognizing an employee who embodies Glenn’s values and characterstics, which include:

  • Sound Judgement
  • Attention to detail
  • Kindness

Every fall there will be a call for nominations, which will be reviewed by an employee committee. The winner will be announced at the R3 January New Year dinner and receive a cash prize of $1,000 and recognition on the R3 website.
