The Glenn Hartung
Integrity Award
Glenn Hartung and Kristin Berry co-founded R3 in 2009 and Glenn passed away in October of 2020. The Glenn Hartung Integrity Award was established in 2022 to honor his memory annually by recognizing an employee who embodies Glenn’s values and characteristics, which include:

- Attention to detail
- Kindness
Every year there will be a call for nominations, which will be reviewed by an employee committee. The winner receives a cash prize of $1,000 and recognition on the R3 website.
