Positive Results from Most Recent Culture Survey

R3 conducted it’s second annual internal culture survey in 2022 to better understand our strengths and areas for improvement. The survey questions were similar to those used by our government clients in the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS). R3’s scores remain higher than the governmentwide averages in all areas.

In addition to those specific survey items, we asked a few open-ended questions about the most positive aspects of the R3 work experience, changes that employees would make at R3 if they were the CEO, how they would describe their team dynamic, and how they would describe the overall R3 culture.

Most people cited the support from co-workers or R3 leadership and the flexibility to get work done remotely as the best part of their work experience. There were not many suggestions for improving R3. In fact, most people said they wouldn’t make any changes. For the second year in a row, employees described their individual team dynamics as very positive, and the most common responses to describe R3’s overall culture were: supportive and family-friendly.

R3 Completes Annual Culture Survey with Impressive Results

Last summer R3 launched our first annual “culture survey” in which 100% of respondent staff stated “R3 was a good place to work” and 100% of the respondents confirmed that R3’s policies and programs promote diversity in the workforce. When compared to our government clients, using the same questions and survey methodology, R3’s satisfaction scores were significantly higher overall than the government’s averages. After follow up listening sessions between R3 leadership and employees, we are launching several initiatives that are the result of employee feedback, specifically more internal communications channels and new employee development opportunities.
