R3 Wins Contract Award to Continue Support of Leadership Development Program
R3 Government Solutions (R3) has been awarded a contract with the United States Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) to support the Foundations of Leadership Program (FLP). FLP is a multi-month intensive leadership development program designed to strengthen the capabilities of emerging leaders and ensure a pipeline of individuals poised to lead FSA into the future. R3 was awarded this work via its General Services Administration (GSA) Best-In-Class Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Small Business (SB) Pool 1 contract. The FLP award includes a base year and two option years.
