R3 has helped multiple agencies increase the skills of their HR professionals through development and delivery of instructor-led and web-based training courses on the federal HR body of knowledge and best practices, which helps reduce processing times and improve professionalism and customer service.

R3 manages a multifaceted nationwide program to train thousands of insurance agents and claims adjusters for the national flood insurance program.

In response to a White House directive in 2017, our team created a comprehensive program called “Maximizing Employee Performance” to help our Cabinet agency client increase employee accountability. We created and implemented required manager training for 7,000 supervisors to help them create measurable performance goals and take performance-based actions or adverse actions against employees who are not performing or who exhibit misconduct.
