AS A FIRM.
Our
History

R3 was launched in 2009 as a father-daughter endeavor between Glenn Hartung and Kristin Berry. It was built on their desire to combine the best of their mutual experiences in large consulting firms with their vision of a more nimble, transparent, and focused organization. From 2009 until spring of 2020, R3 operated as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and after 10 years of growth and success, the firm transitioned to a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Under the leadership of Kristin Berry, the firm’s strengths in human capital strategy, human resources operations support, and training have and will continue to grow.
Glenn passed away in 2020 and is honored annually with an Employee Award in his name.
